These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all interior design services provided by onimotech.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Services
onimotech provides interior design solutions, including digital design plans, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, consultations, and custom design projects.
All design materials are intended for personal or business use as stated in the service description.
Reselling, redistributing, or claiming authorship of our work without permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without prior notice.
Design work begins once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of incomplete information or inappropriate project requests.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery time for interior design services ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on project complexity (see our Delivery Policy).
All deliverables—such as layouts, renderings, and concept boards—are sent digitally via email or your client dashboard.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Revision requests must be submitted within [X] days after receiving your design files.
The number of revisions included depends on the package selected.
Refunds are only issued if onimotech is unable to deliver the service as described (see our Refund Policy).
Refunds are not provided for completed work or for change-of-mind cancellations after design has started.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, renderings, content, and materials created by onimotech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted usage rights for their specific project but may not copy, resell, or redistribute the designs without written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
onimotech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or advice.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
9. Changes to Terms
onimotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
